Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

To start a return, contact us at campguardgear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos or video so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Certain items may also be non-returnable where required by hygiene, safety, or applicable law.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has entered fulfillment.
